Data controller
Novapathar BI & CRM Solutions S.A. de C.V. ("Novapathar", "we"), with registered address at Torre Mayor, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 32, Col. Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the LFPDPPP, its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines published by INAI.
Personal data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter form: full name and corporate email. Additionally, through analytical and functional cookies, we may collect technical information such as device identifiers, anonymized IP address and aggregated interactions.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) send the executive newsletter and the requested BI assessment; (ii) respond to commercial inquiries; (iii) improve the site and its content; and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out based on your express consent when accepting this Privacy Policy, and on the legitimate interests of Novapathar to operate its professional services in Mexico.
Transfers
We may transfer your data to technology providers operating the platform (transactional email and aggregated analytics), acting as processors and subject to contractual clauses on confidentiality and security. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention period
We retain your data for a maximum of 36 months from the last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer legal retention obligation applies.
ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to arco@novapathar.com. We will respond within 20 business days as required by the LFPDPPP.
Security measures
We implement administrative, technical and physical controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, including in-transit and at-rest encryption, role-based access control and audit logs.

Any modification will be published on this page with the update date. We recommend periodically reviewing its content.
